This Privacy Policy applies to and is for the benefit of all ticket buyers (hereinafter "Patrons") of the 30A Songwriters Festival (hereinafter the "Festival") produced by the Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County, Inc. ( hereinafter the "CAA") and its co- producer, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries and successors in interest. The CAA produces live musical events with its co-producer and affiliates over the four day Festival weekend beginning January 16 and ending January 20, 2025 including six performance sets on the main headline stage on the green at Grand Boulevard on Hwy 98 in Miramar Beach FL. and approximately eight to twelve performance sets in over thirty venues along Highways 30A, 331 and off 98 in Santa Rosa Beach FL. This policy describes how the CAA together with its ticket vendor Flicket Limited (hereinafter "Flicker") collects, uses, discloses, sells, shares, and/or retains personal information ("Information Practices") subject to all applicable State and Federal privacy laws. CAA produces the Festival. This statement describes the types of information CAA may collect from Patrons when they visit the Festival website. This policy also covers information the CAA collects about Patrons from third parties, when they attend the Festival or contact the CAA through the website or by phone or email. This policy sets out the practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing this information. Please read this policy carefully to understand the CAA policies and practices regarding Patrons' information and CAA's use of it. This policy may change from time to time.
The CAA collects several types of information from and about Patrons, including: Information provided by them such as name, address, email address, telephone number, photographs, survey responses and opinions and other personally identifying information. For example, we collect information from you when you sign up for our mailing list. As part of the CAA services, information may be collected from business partners, such as our ticketing partner Flicker as Patron's navigate through the websites. Information collected automatically may include usage details, domain address, IP addresses, internet browser, operating system, the internet connection, the equipment used to access the CAA or Flicker websites, and information collected through cookies and other tracking technologies.
CAA may use information that it collects or that is provided to it to build and improve its websites and the content on them for Patrons, to provide information or services that Patrons request, to fulfill our obligations to Patrons, to provide notices regarding purchases or sign-ups, to carry out obligations and enforce rights arising from any contracts entered into between Patrons and the CAA, including event check in, wristband procedure and admittance. to notify Patrons about changes to it's websites or any products or services offered or provided through it, to allow Patrons to participate in interactive features on its websites and to personalize the experience. The information helps the CAA to communicate to Patrons regarding its services via email and text and to work with marketing partners to provide Patrons with products or services that may be of interest to them and to fulfill any other purpose for which Patrons provide it and for any other purpose for which they give their consent.
The CAA does not disclose or transfer personal mobile phone data to affiliates or partners. It may disclose information that it collects or that is provided directly to it as described in this privacy policy: to its subsidiaries and affiliates; to contractors, service providers, and other third parties it uses to support its business; to a buyer or other successor in interest in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of its assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by it about its websites users is among the assets transferred; to fulfill the purpose for which Patrons provide it. The CAA may also disclose Patrons' personal information: to comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government, regulatory, or law enforcement request, to enforce or apply its agreements, such as its website, Terms of Use, including for booking procedures and event management and in the event it determines disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of the CAA, it's Patrons or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction. The CAA may disclose aggregated information about its users and de identified data or information that does not identify an individuals.
The CAA and Flicker websites may use first-party and third-party “cookies” and other online technologies for a variety of purposes, such as ensuring the websites operate properly and to perform internal analytics of its website visitors. Cookies are small files that a website places on an individual’s hard drive through their web browser. Users may choose to set their web browser to refuse cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If a User chooses to refuse cookies, please note that some parts of our websites may not function properly as a result.
The CAA has implemented reasonable measures designed to secure Patrons, personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. The safety and security of the information also depends on the Patron. When a Patron has been given or chosen a password for access to certain parts of the websites, the Patron is responsible for keeping the password confidential. The Patron is asked not to share the password with anyone.

The Websites may contain links to other sites and third-party destinations. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other destinations. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave any of our Websites and to read the privacy statements of any other site that collects personally identifiable information.
The websites are not intended for children under 12 years of age or younger. No one under age 13 may provide any information to or on the websites. The CAA does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information to or on this Website or through any of its features. If the CAA learns it has collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, it will delete that information.
