COVID-19 Assumption of Risk

Any person including all ticket holders (hereinafter "Patrons") entering any of the performance venues or other premises associated with the 30A Songwriters Festival ( hereinafter the "Festival") waive all civil liability against the Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County, Inc. (hereafter the "CAA"), the co-producer Russell Carter Artist Management, Ltd. the venue and other premises owners and operators and other Festival affiliates for any and all damages and injuries caused by the inherent risk associated with contracting COVID-19 at public gatherings, except for gross negligence, willful and wanton misconduct, reckless infliction of harm or intentional infliction of harm, by the individual or entity of the premises.



Terms and Conditions

All sales are final. There are no refunds, cancellations or exchanges.

All Patrons should be aware of the following:

There are no age restrictions on purchasing tickets but no one is allowed into the Festival without a ticket.

Before completing a ticket order, carefully review the selection and exactly what is being purchased.

When you examine your order please make sure that you are aware of the correct date and class of ticket (e.g.regular, VIP, weekend, day pass etc. ) Mistakes can not be rectified after the sale has been confirmed.

NO Exchanges or refunds are allowed after a ticket has been purchased nor for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.

The CAA is not responsible for tickets ordered but not picked up at the box office at will call. By agreeing to these terms, Patrons waive their right to a refund for tickets not picked up at will call.



Canceled or Postponed Festival

It is possible but very unlikely that the Festival could be canceled or postponed by the CAA team due to weather conditions or situations affecting the staff or audience. When this occurs, the CAA will ensure you receive a prompt refund of the ticket price and fees if applicable. If an event is canceled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund. If the event was moved or rescheduled the tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date and no refunds will be issued. In some cases the CAA may set refund limitations. Please make sure to include/provide your confirmation number so we can expedite your refund if applicable.



Order Cancellation

The CAA reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason including at the request of our associated partners and affiliates, including venues, co-producer and third party sponsors. If tickets are canc, the CAA may sell your tickets to another customer without further notice.
